The short version

InvoiceForge has no user accounts and no backend database. The invoice, quote, receipt, and purchase order tools run entirely in your web browser — the data you type is never sent to our servers, because there is nothing to send it to.

What is stored

  • Local storage: if you click \u201CSave as template,\u201D your business details are stored in your own browser\u2019s local storage, on your device only. You can clear this at any time through your browser settings.
  • Uploaded logos: logo images you add are processed locally in your browser and never uploaded.

What we do not collect

We do not collect, store, or have access to the contents of any document you create. We do not require accounts, so we hold no names, emails, or passwords from tool users.

Analytics and cookies

The site may use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage (such as page views). We do not use advertising cookies and do not sell data.
